CADET BOYS CLUB
GRADES 4-9

This program is held every Monday evening from 6:30 - 8:30 pm   in the Church Basement. Weekly activities include Bible lessons, crafts, derbies, games, drills, snacks & badges such as rocketry, woodworking, model cars, & archery. Special activities include camp outs, monthly fun nights which include swimming, bowling, games @ Blue Whale, archery, marksmanship, and Cadet Sunday. It is an excellent program similar to Boy Scouts but with a Christian perspective.


The program teaches discipline and respect as well as compassion. It is an international program with a small town closeness.  Starting  October  1, 2007 For more information contact Jeff @ 553-3448.

Christian:
We depend entirely upon the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ for our salvation.  We bear His name, belong to Him, seek to serve Him, and want to help others find peace through Him.

Reformed:
In the tradition of the Protestant Reformation we confess and proclaim the Good News of free salvation through faith in Christ.  We follow the Bible, God’s own Word, as our guide for believing and living.


Church:
We are a fellowship of baptized sinners who have found forgiveness through one Saviour, who are bound together by one Spirit of love, and who desire to live as thankful children of one Father

Sundays For Kids
Nursery:
Nursery is available for children under the age of 2 during the morning and evening services.  The nursery is located in the church basement.

Preschool Sunday School:
Nursery Sunday School: For age 2.
Advanced Nursery Sunday School: For age 3.
Kindergarten: For age 4 & 5
The children usually leave during a song in the morning service (1/3 way thru service).

Sunday School:
Classes are held after the Sunday morning service for Grades 1 to 6.  Children stay in the sanctuary for singing directly following the worship service, then attend Bible classes in the basement.  The children put on a special Christmas Concert in December and occasionally sing in Church.  Classes are let out at 12:15 pm and runs from September to April.

Catechism Classes:
This is an age appropriate study of the Bible and it’s teachings for Grades 7 to 12.  It is held after the morning service and runs from September to April.  Contact: 824-3825.



Girls Everywhere Meeting the Saviour. 
Grade 3 to 9.
 
Fun activities include: singing, Bible study, making friends, games, crafts, service projects, badge completions (i.e. doll making, candy making, flower arranging) and getting to know Jesus. Special activities include swimming, parent fun events & a sleep over. It is an excellent program similar to Girl Guides but with a Christian perspective. The program teaches discipline and respect as well as compassion. It is an international program with a small town closeness. Every girl is special and we know your child would love this program. GEMS is held every other Monday (September to April) from 4 to 6 pm in the church basement.  Contact Wanda @ 824-3988.

Young Peoples Society:
A youth group for High School Students.  Regular meetings are Sundays following the evening service.  Meetings are held either in the church basement or at the home of one of the youth.  Other activities include camping, bowling and conventions. Contact Rob @ 824-3988.

Young Adults:
Here is an opportunity for those of you who are between the ages of 18 and 24+ to get together for Bible Studies and fellowship.  Meetings are held following the Sunday evening service.  Contact Tim @ 732-5163.
