Everet S. says that the healing on his eyes is going slower than expected. Pray for
patience and healing.
Scott H. began physical therapy this week, and he reports that it's going well.
Brian K. had surgery this past week on his leg. He may have a second surgery. He
continues to get stronger day by day.
Jaylene V. H.'s mom, Judy, has brain cancer for which she receives chemotherapy. The
doctors would like to do a scan of the region, but the date has not yet been determined.
Judy's outlook remains positive for which we give thanks.
Tina K. at St. Mike's, has suffered a series of mini-strokes. She has difficulty
swallowing, but she can swallow when told to do so..
Henny v.F. continues to improve very slowly
.Susan H. has undergone two chemotherapy treatments with one more to go.
Pray for Dan K., Melody, and the children. Pray for continued grace and mercies.
Pray for the people of Haiti, for all those who have lost family members and homes.
Also remember those who suffer from chronic disease, pain and depression that may not be as visible.
Please keep in prayer all those who are mourning because a loved one has died.

**** The Christian Reformed World Missionaries that our church supports, Wayne
and Lynn Ten Harmsel, plan to be in our area this week, Thursday, April 1 to Sunday,
April 4, and will join us for our Easter weekend services. They will be sharing how the
Spirit is working in the lives of the people in China.
There is an evening being tentatively planned for Saturday, April 3, at 5:30 pm, in the
church, for anyone who would like to hear from Wayne and Lynn. If you are coming, it is
important that you RSVP by Thursday evening please, by calling Ellen Hummel at 824-3557 or email at emhummel@hotmail.com and leave a name and number. Buns and
refreshments would be served. If plans would change, I would return your call.
If there are any church members who would like to have the Ten Harmsels over for a
meal on Friday or Saturday, please let Ellen know.****
Today, the GEMS will be singing at the Senior's Home in Lethbridge. Please have your daughter(s) join us for singing as the last couple of times attendance has been poor. The seniors so enjoy the girls coming and look forward to this time every week. This service project is a requirement for the theme badge and we have been keeping track of the girls' attendance. This will be the last time the GEMS sing for the 2009-10 year so please make every effort to attend. If you have any questions or concerns please talk to Benita after the service.
Vacation Bible School: We are hoping to offer Vacation Bible School from August 9-13. We need many volunteers to impact the children around us and in our neighbourhood. Please prayerfully consider signing up for a variety of jobs at the back table. We will have a meeting to distribute materials sometime in May.
VBS: We are featuring a nautical theme. Would you be able to donate any of the following items: nets (soccer, badminton, volleyball), white sheets, ropes, blue tarps, lanterns, crates, barrels, anything nautical? These items will be labeled and returned to you in the same shape that it was brought to us. If you are able to donate or have any questions, please contact Vanessa or Lynda.
VBS Craft Items: Please help us explore the high seas this year for VBS. We are looking for old unwanted cds, sea shells and clear water bottles (500ml). If you can donate these items please put them in the box in the church foyer or give them to Shauna. Thanks!
FOOD BANK UPDATE: This week, the food bank is in need of Canned Stews and Chili’s. There will be a box at the back of church for you to put your food donation in.
Kingdom Children would like you thank you for participating in our annual Kits 4 Kids program! With these dollars we are able to equip African children for a lifetime of Kingdom service. An Invitation: The Nobleford GEMS club would like to invite the congregation to participate in the 2010 GEMS Amazing Race. This FUNdraising activity will take place on Saturday, April 24 beginning here at the church. The "race" starts at 1:30pm and will conclude with supper at 5 pm. Teams of all ages and abilities are encouraged to come and join in the fun. Registration sheets can be found in your mail slots today and we encourage everyone that is interested to sign up ASAP so that we can better plan for this exciting day. Registration is by donation payable the day of the race. Deadline for registration is Sunday, April 11. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Lorinda or Benita. The Lethbridge Christian Women's Choir would like to invite you to an evening of song and praise as we present our Spring concert, "The Power of the Cross" on April 10, 2010 at 7:30PM at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 1818 - 5th Ave. S. The Lethbridge Christian Men’s Choir is hosting a concert of six men’s choirs on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Trinity Reformed Church in Lethbridge, commencing at 7:00 PM. Each choir will be performing two selections and the massed choirs will be singing six selections. Admission is by freewill offering.
REHOBOTH: Rehoboth Christian Ministries is excited to announce a new week of Camp geared to campers who are over the age of 55 or require a more relaxed camp atmosphere. Retirement/Seniors week will run from June 28 – July 2, 2010. We require a complete roster of volunteers, cooks, nurses, directors to serve between 15-20 campers. A group of retired, semi-retired individuals from your congregation may be ready and willing to serve in this capacity. SACSL - Soccer
Hello to all you soccer players!! The Southern Alberta Christian Sports
League is calling all soccer players to join our soccer league. We play
on Friday nights in Lethbridge. Last season we had 4 teams and we would
love to double that this year! Registration will remain open until the 12th of April. To
register as a team or individual please visit our website at www.sacsl.webs.com. You
must be over 18 before the 1st of May 2011 to play. Fees are $875 per team and $60
per individual. We will be hosting a preseason tournament on Saturday the 17th of
April to meet your team, more details to follow. Regular season games will be on
