·    Dick VH is prepared to pour basement floor (weather permitting- will probably plastic in basement and heat once 1st steel level is installed). The bldg comm. has given Dick approval to install in-floor heat in the nursery, entrance, and council room area’s only for individual climate control.

·    Arrangements are in place for Fortis Alberta to bring necessary electrical services to site. The new service will provide power to our entire facility including the old part.

·    Westco Construction is preparing steel super structure for roofline and supports- will deliver to site when ready.

·    Dick VH is actively erecting steel and has hired required labour & equipment to do so.

·    All steel for 1st level is installed. Dick VH and crew are busy installing floor trusses and plywood.

·    Westco Construction has provided us an onsite dumpster at a very reasonable price.

·     “Engineered” plans have been posted in the rear foyer for your review.... Any suggestions, thoughts, questions – please see a committee member.

·    We have had a good response for sub-committee volunteers. We had a good tour of the NRC church in Broxburn. Q & A session, etc.

·    Sub-committee members:

-     Henry K has a copy of our engineered plans for each committee (1 per comm.)

-     You have been given your committee responsibilities – please be as pro-active as possible as time passes quickly. Dick VH will be needing committee feedback as soon as we have it..... Thx Again to the many volunteers willing to help.
