FAIRBOOTH MINISTRY - The evangelism committee is looking for more
volunteers for Wed., Aug. 24 for the 7-9 and 9-11 slots to man the booth at Whoop Up Days. Tickets to get in and parking will be paid for. Please contact Marcel Busz or Dirk Vanderkooij if you are interested. Thanks for volunteering.

We extend our sympathy to Albert and Ellen H., Chris and Lindsay W, Jodi H., Ed and Mandy H., and Andrew H. in the death of Ellen's mom, Mrs. Johanna V., this past Wednesday at age 85.  The visitation will be at 1 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. on Monday.  All events will be held at the Burdett CRC.

Albert Kooy (Peter & Delbert’s Dad) suffered a heart attack on Thursday.  He is in the hospital.  Please keep him in your prayers.

Continue to pray for healing for Henny v.F.'s wrist and back. Please pray for Alice K as she is experiencing a lot of back pain and has been confined to bed for a number of weeks.

Brian K has returned home and will continue to rehabilitate with outpatient therapy at the Chinook Regional.

 Harold v.d.B. undergoes his last chemotherapy treatment this week.

Please keep Judy v.H., Stan and Hendrika N., Henny v.F., and Henry and Alice P. in your prayers.

Continue to remember those young and old with ongoing physical, spiritual, and emotional struggles.                                                                                                                                     Please keep in prayer all those who are mourning because a loved one has died. Please pray for our widows, widowers and seniors Jennie E at Blue Sky Lodge, & Corrie H at Columbia Assisted Living, and our expectant mothers.
